Vinyasa Flow

Flow yoga stems from Ashtanga Yoga, which means ‘eight-limbed’. ‘Limbs’ include moral codes, physical exercises, breathing techniques and meditation. This is a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify, stretch, and strengthen the body and build life force energy. Prior yoga experience is recommended.
