Our Power Plate® Studio  has five new Power Plates and a qualified instructor carries out all sessions.

Power Plates use high frequency vibration to stimulate muscle during exercise, which is also known as acceleration training. It has been shown to significantly improve strength, flexibility and bone density.

You can use Power Plate® as your sole form of resistance exercise or integrate their use into your current resistance-training programme in the gym. 

A typical Power Plate® session is only 25 minutes long, so if you’re short of time why not give it a try. Don’t forget to do some cardio though!
